With just one game played, a defeat at home to Royston, there’s not a lot to go on with regard to Thame. Ware will feel buoyed by Tuesday’s come back and Saturday’s draw at fancied Biggleswade Town but it’s early days. I’m unaware of any injuries from or since Tuesday’s game. We can expect the team to be in good spirits.
Previous Meetings – we’re still all square
The clubs have met on sixteen previous occasions with both winning five games and both scoring 27 goals. We have failed to score twice and kept clean sheets on four occasions. Concentrating on our ten Southern League meetings so far we have won four and lost two. In that time both sides have recorded 4-0 wins over the other. We have scored 20 goals and conceded 15. Our highest scorer in those nine games is Liam Dulson with seven. Liam is now playing at Woking.
