Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including all original tags and packaging.
All personalised goods are non refundable unless faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns should be sent to Ware FC Club Shop, Wodson Park, Wadesmill Road, Ware SG12 0UQ and you need to email shop@warefc.co.uk to advise us of the return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to shop@warefc.co.uk and send your item to: Ware FC Club Shop, Wodson Park, Wadesmill Road, Ware SG12 0UQ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty. For faulty items, we will then send you a label to print and return free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items are shipped by standard delivery with Evri at a flat rate of £4.50. Orders will typically be dispatched from the club shop within 1-2 days of the order being placed and you will receive tracking information via email once the item has been posted. Personalised items may take up to 5 days to be dispatched.
We work hard to meet all of our delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can.
Ware FC cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
Orders being collected from the shop will usually be ready within 1-2 days although personalised items may take up to 5 days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.
